Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent Dynamic Arena Quest from continuing to collect information from your device by removing the mobile game through your device's standard uninstall process. Uninstalling the Application prevents future collection through the Application, but information previously transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party providers will not necessarily be removed automatically.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider keeps personal information only according to the needs associated with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be preserved without a specific time limit because it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you

Children
Dynamic Arena Quest is not directed toward children younger than 13 years old, or any higher minimum age established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.
Where applicable law requires approval from a parent or legal guardian, the Application should not be used without that approval. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in a manner that violates applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has submitted personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to remove such information from its systems without unnecessary delay.
